These markers are specifically designed to bleed through solvent-based or oil-based paint, making them perfect for fabricating structural steel or performing layout work where marks need to bleed through a primer coat. To prevent bleeding through the finish coat, simply seal the marked areas with water-based epoxy paint. When marking under water-based primers, utilize the BL-W Paintstik for best results. These markers are designed for use with #101 and #102 holders.
